Product Manager, will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our data-driven, cloud-native, and machine learning projects. You ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless project execution, timely delivery, and exceptional quality. The Product Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining product framework, schedules, budgets, and workflows in support of Market Quality process integration projects. This role will include leading and participating in broad scope requests and understanding/navigating complex Market Quality integration requirements. The designee will also be required to work with little supervision to define, document, present and provide accurate product status to the Program Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Plays role of Technical Product Owner of Market Quality AI/ML product. This includes the previous existing iteration of AI/ML implementation
Manages Planning, design, executing project requirements.
Proactively manages schedules to achieve related project deliverables in an agile leadership mindset.
Facilitates and coordinates regular reviews to reflect, plan, resolve/escalate project concerns and track product milestones.
Fosters strong relationships with Business and function groups, vital to success.
Coordinates the project s daily activities amongst the team and function groups.
Manages schedule changes, delays, and/or recovery efforts within the team and function groups.
Supports initiatives by collaborating with the team to clarify how decisions may impact schedules & budget and implement solutions to minimize potential risks.
Maintains accurate product documentation as required by company guidelines.
Reviews and incorporates requirement documentations developed by the BA team into the product plan.
Communicates product progress, risks, and mitigation strategies to stakeholders.
Monitors the performance of all resources assigned to a project. Takes appropriate action to motivate and manage.
Monitors product performance and adherence to quality, security, and regulatory standards.
Champion best practices in data, cloud, and ML Ops.
Manages turnover of product to post production as a requirement
Follows all product artifact documentation / reporting requirements.
Maintains Project portfolio utilizing Honda PM toolset (Clarity), create and update cost plan as needed.
Vendor Management. Monitors and schedules installation contractors within the product schedule.
Provides input and guidance into the overall product initiatives.
Resource trackability (materials ordering, receipt, resource analysis).
Develop and maintain a clear relationship with company vendors, conduct walk-through evaluations, submit, review, and select vendors as needed
Communicates with IT Management: Provide management with updates/status, receive direction, problem escalation, and obtain approvals and/or feedback for problem resolution tracking/issues related to Market Quality activities.
Communicate with Product and Technical Team: Collaborate, coordination of efforts, sharing ideas, communication, status, teaming, solving technical and project issues.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

5+ years of Product or Project Management experience
5+ years of Agile leadership, leading IT projects, demonstrating the ability to plan, execute all phases of IT projects.
Proven track record in successfully delivering Data, Cloud, or ML Ops (Machine Learning) projects.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).
Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code.
System architectural awareness and design
Able to comprehend and understand situations to quickly draw conclusions and solve problems.
Experience leading Agile teams, using JIRA in Sprint planning, Sprint review, and Retrospective reflection/improvement.
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Power Point, Excel, Word)
Effectively communicate issues, oral, written, and interpersonal
Excellent negotiation, diplomatic and conflict resolution skills
Education: Engineering or IS-related bachelor s degree or equivalent work experience.

OTHER PROJECT REQUIREMENTS:
* Must Be Flexible to Work Extended Hours on a Short Notice for Emergency Situations
* Must Be Able to Work Occasional Weekends or Holidays to Support Company Operations
* Occasional Remote Work on a Rotating Basis to Support Company
* Occasional Site-To-Site Travel For Meetings
