Preferred Public Sector Experience
Certificates and Licenses:
- Strong preference for Oracle certifications including Oracle Payroll Cloud, Oracle Compensation Cloud, and Oracle Core HR Cloud
Experience:
· Must have experience with HCM/Payroll implementations including at least 3 Oracle Cloud HCM projects including Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Talent Management, and Core HR.
· 7+ years working with Oracle HCM managing delivery, testing, and deployment of the complete application suite.
· Demonstrated leadership skills managing the deployment effort of large systems in complex business and IT environments.
Professional experience with a large healthcare system, integrated delivery system, managed care organization, public health organization or medical center is preferred
