Join a dynamic team dedicated to advancing Clean Energy Solutions! We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to support integration efforts between Salesforce and external systems, assist in data migration, and develop custom reports and dashboards that drive business intelligence.

Salesforce Developer Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain Salesforce Microsites to support internal and external users.
  • Integrate Salesforce with enterprise systems using REST APIs, ensuring data consistency and seamless workflows.
  • Configure and administer Salesforce environments, managing user roles, profiles, and security settings.
  • Design and implement custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and automation processes.
  • Support external system integration efforts and develop API-based solutions.
  • Create custom reports and dashboards for Clean Energy Solutions to monitor key KPIs.

Salesforce Developer Qualifications
  • 1-5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and administration.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce Lightning, Flow, Process Builder, and AppExchange tools.
  • Skilled in Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Components.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, APIs) and data migration platforms (e.g., Data Loader, Workbench).
  • Salesforce certifications preferred.

Salesforce Developer Must-Haves
  • Proven ability to develop and manage Salesforce Microsites.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems for optimized workflows.
  • Advanced configuration knowledge and understanding of Salesforce security.
  • Expertise in automation tools and validation rules aligned with business processes.

Nice-to-Haves
  • Prior experience debugging Apex code and optimizing Flows.
  • Familiarity with middleware platforms and custom development strategies.

Deal Breakers
  • Lack of understanding of Salesforce's role in business operations (e.g., sales, service, marketing).
  • Inability to proactively identify and resolve issues.
  • No experience with Apex debugging or API-based integrations.
  • Missing relevant certifications or experience in data migration.
