About the Role

ProTech s end client, a fast-growing technology and digital solutions firm, is expanding its sales team and seeking three Outside Sales Executives based in Memphis, TN and Dallas, TX.

These roles are ideal for professionals who are passionate about helping businesses adopt modern digital transformation, software, and IT solutions that drive growth. The company offers strong marketing and technical support, competitive compensation, and career advancement opportunities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage new business opportunities through networking, outreach, and client visits.

  • Meet with decision-makers to identify needs and propose solutions in web development, digital marketing, cloud consulting, and IT services.

  • Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting and proposal through negotiation and closure.

  • Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline forecasts, and performance tracking via CRM tools.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality client solutions.

  • Represent the company at client meetings, trade shows, and community events.

  • For the Senior role: guide and mentor junior sales executives while leading key accounts.


Qualifications

Entry Mid-Level (2 Openings):

  • Bachelor s degree preferred (Business, Marketing, or related).

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or client engagement.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Strong interest in technology, digital marketing, and IT solutions.

  • Self-motivated, organized, and eager to grow.

Senior-Level (1 Opening):

  • 5+ years of proven success in outside sales within technology, digital marketing, or IT consulting.

  • Consistent record of exceeding targets and managing complex deals.

  • Strong negotiation, relationship management, and leadership skills.

  • Ability to mentor junior sales team members and manage key territories.
