Job Details
We are seeking an experienced AEM Business Analyst to support the implementation, enhancement, and governance of Adobe Experience Manager (Sites) across our digital platforms. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business and technology, working closely with content authors, marketing teams, and developers to translate business goals into functional AEM requirements - with a focus on page templates, components, workflows, and content publishing.
Key Responsibilities-
Collaborate with marketing, content, UX, and technology teams to gather and document business requirements related to AEM Sites

Translate high-level content and design goals into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for AEM templates and components

Work closely with AEM developers to ensure component logic aligns with user needs and authoring requirements

Support the authoring experience, helping teams optimize page building processes and troubleshoot publishing issues

Conduct AEM authoring demos, UAT sessions, and training for business users

Assist in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and ongoing delivery using Agile methodologies

Facilitate stakeholder reviews and sign-offs for page designs, wireframes, and AEM functionalities

Ensure CMS configurations align with web governance, localization, SEO, accessibility, and branding standards

Participate in the planning of AEM upgrades, enhancements, or personalization features

Track bugs and enhancement requests, maintaining clarity between business priorities and tech delivery
