Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Program Lead to drive a Salesforce B2B Sales Cloud and CPQ transformation within a leading Telecom organization. The ideal candidate will have deep industry expertise in Telecom B2B sales, strong program leadership skills, and the ability to align business goals with CRM transformation initiatives.
This is a strategic and business-focused role (not a hands-on technical position) perfect for someone who can lead cross-functional teams, manage executive stakeholders, and ensure measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end Salesforce B2B Sales Cloud & CPQ transformation program.
Align Salesforce implementation with Telecom-specific B2B sales strategies.
Partner with Sales, Operations, and IT teams to optimize workflows and drive efficiency.
Oversee program milestones, change management, and stakeholder communications.
Triage and troubleshoot defects by reviewing logs and code, coordinating resolution activities.
Translate business objectives into actionable, measurable program goals.
Required Skills & Experience
Extensive experience in the Telecom industry, specifically in B2B sales environments.
Strong Salesforce CPQ transformation experience (Sales Cloud & CPQ).
Troubleshooting and triage expertise ability to review logs and remediate code issues.
Proven track record leading large-scale CRM or sales transformation programs.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
Strategic mindset with focus on business outcomes and operational excellence.
