Description:
Our client, an industry leader in financial technology and services, has an excellent opportunity for an AI Product Manager to work on a 12+month contract opportunity. Work will be a hybrid on-site/remote schedule in Mountain View, CA. The AI Product Manager will be responsible for guiding cross-functional teams to develop, launch, and enhance products that leverage artificial intelligence to solve complex problems and deliver value to our customers.

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $70 - $75 / hr. w2

Responsibilities:
Product Strategy and Vision: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for AI-driven products, aligning with company's overall goals and market needs.

Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. Use insights to inform product development and positioning.

Product Roadmap: Define and prioritize the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer requirements. Balance short-term deliverables with long-term strategic goals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, data science, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product development and launch. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across departments.

AI Integration: Leverage your AI expertise to guide the integration of machine learning models and AI technologies into products. Ensure that AI solutions are scalable, reliable, and deliver measurable value.

User Experience: Advocate for a user-centric approach, ensuring that AI-driven features enhance the overall user experience. Gather and analyze user feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and iterate on product features.

Stakeholder Management: Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, partners, and executives, to gather feedback, manage expectations, and communicate product updates.

Experience Requirements:
Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a focus on AI-driven products or technologies.

Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, tools, and frameworks.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse teams.

Experience with agile development methodologies and tools.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Passion for technology and innovation, with a customer-centric mindset.

Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

Master's degree or MBA is a plus.

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
