What you get to do:

  • Administer and maintain Jira Cloud, Confluence, Jira Service Management, and related Atlassian tools

  • Customize and optimize workflows, templates, plug-ins, and access controls

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop efficient solutions

  • Train and support end-users to ensure effective adoption of best practices

  • Troubleshoot technical issues, review logs, and monitor application performance

  • Implement and document change management processes and technical standards

  • Drive security improvements and support identity/access management

  • Continuously assess and improve Atlassian tools to align with organizational goals

  • Contribute to internal documentation including guides, known issues, and system configurations


What you need to succeed:

  • 4+ years of experience configuring and managing Jira Cloud across multiple project environments

  • Strong knowledge of Atlassian Cloud products (Confluence, Jira Service Management, Trello, Atlas, etc.)

  • Solid understanding of Agile and Kanban methodologies and project management best practices

  • Proficiency in technical troubleshooting, performance tuning, and log analysis

  • Experience managing permissions, user roles, and security configurations

  • Comfortable working with change management, cross-functional collaboration, and technical documentation

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset

  • Self-starter with a pragmatic, team-first approach who thrives in a dynamic environment
