Role: Microsoft Power Platform Developer
Location: Atlanta GA- Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:
- Architect, design, and deliver solutions using Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and related technologies.
- Lead discussions with business users and IT teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Build and deploy Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and integrations with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Online.
- Collaborate on the integration of AI-driven features (such as Copilot, cognitive services, and Azure AI tools).
- Ensure best practices, governance, and security standards across all Microsoft 365 environments.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams during implementation.
- Conduct workshops, demos, and stakeholder sessions to align on business outcomes
- 5+ years of experience in Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and Power Platform architecture.
- Strong knowledge of Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Experience integrating Microsoft 365 tools with Azure services and external systems.
- Familiarity with AI and automation within Microsoft Cloud (e.g., Power Virtual Agents, Copilot, Azure AI).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and documentation abilities.
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert or equivalent certification.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 or Azure integrations.
- Prior experience working in hybrid or onsite consulting engagements.
