Overview
We re looking for a strategic and results-driven Channel Sales Manager to lead and expand our partnerships with ERP and CRM systems integrators. This role is central to our partner go-to-market strategy, focusing on channel-led growth through consultancies that implement and integrate platforms like Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle NetSuite, SAP, Sage, Salesforce, and others.
You ll lead the development of revenue-generating partnerships with systems integrators (SIs) and IT consultancies that specialize in Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle NetSuite, Sage, Salesforce, and other leading platforms. You ll be responsible for building, scaling, and managing these high-impact partnerships who are serving mid-market and enterprise clients. This is a high-visibility role ideal for someone who understands the ERP/CRM ecosystem, thrives in a fast-moving SaaS environment, and is ready to make an immediate impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard, and grow ERP/CRM-focused systems integrators and industry-relevant ISVs to create joint go-to-market opportunities
- Develop and execute joint channel strategies that drive revenue, solution adoption, and partner satisfaction across manufacturing and wholesale distribution sectors
- Manage and nurture ISV relationships, identifying integration opportunities, aligning roadmaps, and co-developing bundled solutions or marketplace offerings
- Drive partner enablement, including sales training, technical alignment, and joint marketing to accelerate adoption and deal velocity
- Establish strategic account plans and revenue targets with each partner and track progress in CRM and partner management platforms
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer success to deliver a seamless partner experience and measurable customer value
- Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and partner summits, promoting our value proposition to SIs, ISVs, and customers alike
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS channel sales, alliances, or business development, with at least 3 years focused on ERP/CRM ecosystems
- Deep understanding of ERP/CRM technologies (Microsoft, Oracle NetSuite, SAP, Sage, Salesforce) and their systems integrator networks
- Proven success in building and scaling SI channel programs, including partner enablement, co-marketing, and co-selling motions
- Demonstrated success managing strategic ISV relationships, including technical integrations, co-marketing, and co-selling programs
- A strong network of relationships with ERP/CRM-focused SIs and IT consultancies, especially within the Microsoft, Oracle, and Sage ecosystems
- Track record of exceeding revenue goals through partner-led strategies
- Excellent communicator with strong cross-functional collaboration skills and executive presence
- Comfortable with CRM, partner management tools, and modern B2B sales/marketing technology stacks
