We re partnering with a leading healthcare organization to deploy a new Genesys Cloud-based contact center across the Southeast region. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced Genesys Developers to join an innovative, AI-driven project on a remote, 8-month contract basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for contact center agents using Genesys Cloud.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver optimized, scalable Genesys solutions.
- Support the design and development of AI-powered features including Conversational AI, Agent Assist, and Co-Pilot integrations.
- Assist in the creation of PoCs, solution blueprints, and customized demos to align with client goals.
- Work cross-functionally with internal IT, project teams, and Genesys engineering to ensure seamless deployment.
- Offer hands-on guidance for chatbot development, AI model integration, workflow automation, and analytics.
- Drive post-implementation enhancements to improve system performance and user experience.
- Contribute to documentation, best practices, and training to support AI adoption.
- Stay current with AI trends and provide real-world feedback to shape Genesys product strategy.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience with Genesys Cloud (CX) implementation and support.
- Familiarity with AI/ML technologies in contact center environments.
- Strong troubleshooting, integration, and solution architecture skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
