Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Data Architect to design and implement scalable data solutions, ensuring high-quality master data management (MDM) and seamless integration across enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform), real-time data pipelines, and MDM solutions, with a strong ability to collaborate with stakeholders to drive data strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and architect Master Data Management (MDM) solutions to serve as the single source of truth for customer/account data.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define data requirements, scope, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Develop near-real-time data pipelines from sources like Salesforce and SAP into Google BigQuery and Elasticsearch for search optimization.
  • Implement fuzzy matching algorithms for customer/address deduplication and record linkage in endpoint applications.
  • Leverage Google Cloud Platform Dataproc and other Big Data tools (e.g., Dataflow, Pub/Sub) for efficient data processing and ETL workflows.
  • Ensure data architecture aligns with scalability, security, and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
  • Document data models, lineage, and governance policies for enterprise-wide adoption.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years in data architecture, MDM, or enterprise data integration.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, Dataproc, Dataflow), Elasticsearch, and real-time data ingestion.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, or Scala for data processing and automation.
  • Knowledge of data governance, quality frameworks, and ETL/ELT best practices.
  • Experience with Salesforce/SAP data models and API-based integrations.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in fuzzy matching and data deduplication.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications in Google Cloud Platform (Professional Data Engineer) or MDM tools (e.g., Informatica, Reltio).
  • Background in customer/account data domains (B2B/B2C).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for data deployments.
