Job Details

Position: Mainframe COBOL, Customer/1, Billing Finance Support

Location: 100% Remote

  • "Expert Knowledge: Provide specialized insights in customer service and service order management.
  • Technical Support: Resolve customer issues and provide functional support.
  • Documentation: Assist with project documentation and training materials.
  • Liaison: Coordinate with support teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Mentoring: Train and mentor new associates during onboarding.
  • Knowledge Maintenance: Developing and maintaining an understanding of customer-specific business environments and service level agreements.
  • Problem Resolution: Identifying and resolving customer problems using defined procedures and documenting troubleshooting efforts."
