Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 CRM Techno-Functional Consultant with deep experience in both Sales and Customer Service modules to support long-term enhancement, issue resolution, and system optimization. This role requires a balance of hands-on configuration and technical development, along with strong business process knowledge and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance and maintain Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales & Customer Service) features and workflows to align with evolving business needs.
- Design and implement business process flows, automation (Power Automate), custom views, forms, and dashboards.
- Deliver both configuration and custom development including JavaScript, plugins, and Power Platform tools to support continuous enhancement and system integration.
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and implement scalable solutions.
- Support users through training, documentation, and issue resolution.
- Ensure data integrity, system performance, and security compliance across environments.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10-years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Engagement).
- Proven techno-functional expertise across Sales (leads, opportunities, quotes, pipeline) and Customer Service (cases, SLAs, knowledge base, queues).
- Strong experience with Power Platform, including Power Automate and model-driven apps.
- Proficient in custom development using JavaScript, plugins (C#), and CRM APIs.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, manage priorities, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
