Job Title: Microsoft D365 Technical Analyst
Job Location: Hybrid in Austin, TX (Ideally 3-4 days a week from office)

Job Description:
The Microsoft D365 Technical Analyst is responsible for deploying code and solutions, building and monitoring pipelines, and managing all aspects of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) / Supply Chain Management (SCM) in various environments. This role involves creating technical specifications documents, handling source control, configuration, and release management, and utilizing best practices to support daily operations and issue resolution.
Responsibilities
Assist in code and solution deployments, and pipeline build and monitoring for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O / SCM in production and non-production environments
Create technical specification documents and document enhancements made to the company's Dynamics 365 F&O / SCM implementation
Manage source control, configuration, and release management utilizing branching and pipelines
Utilize best practices and a thorough understanding of Dynamics 365 F&O / SCM functionality to create new features and fix reported issues
Develop new functionality and integrations with other systems to support business growth
Apply hotfixes, kernel updates, or any other Microsoft updates as required
Collaborate with the Dynamics 365 F&O / SCM implementation team across various company locations and operations
Work closely with the BI team and other IT department groups to maintain system standards and consistent installation procedures
Identify threats or improper configurations that may impact system security
Monitor and maintain the Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O / SCM production environment to ensure availability to users and other company systems
Evaluate and respond to performance logs and alerts for operating systems and related systems
Other duties as assigned by Management
Required Skills/Experience
3 years of experience managing Dynamics F&O / SCM application and supporting environments
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
Experience with Lifecycle Services (LCS), Power Platform Admin Portal
Proficiency with Azure DevOps and Visual Studio development environments
Experience with source control, configuration, and release management utilizing branching and pipelines
Ability to apply hotfixes, kernel updates, or any other Microsoft updates as required
Experience with Azure DevOps, including CI/CD pipelines
Proven ability to troubleshoot issues within the D365 F&O / SCM application
Exposure to highly interfaced ERP environments
Experience with management reporting
Team-oriented and capable of working effectively with both corporate ERP and regional IT teams
Capability to work independently with minimal supervision
