Location: Onsite in Jersey City NJ (LOCALS ONLY)
Experience: 12+ Years
Sr. Technical Consultant with an extensive experience around ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, APM and integrations.
Experienced in building and maintaining Custom Applications per customer demand.
Certifications and experience with ITSM, CSM, CAD, CSA.
Great communication skill and Customer interaction experience.
Well versed to implement ServiceNow platform modules and carry out integrations with 3rd parties.
Experienced in triaging ServiceNow issues and Troubleshooting/Managing Incident queue while working directly with vendor support.
