Job Description:
We are seeking a contract Business Systems Analyst with strong UKG configuration and setup experience to repair an early UKG installation for a well-respected Eden Prairie MN based company.
The contract BSA will be responsible for assessing the existing UKG implementation and identifying any issues with the configuration that are resulting in problems for our client. This may include analyzing data mappings, workflows, security roles and permissions.
The successful candidate will then develop a plan to repair the configuration to ensure it meets our client's business needs and processes. This may involve reworking configurations, customizations, integrations and documentation. Preference is for onsite, might consider hybrid or remote if uniquely qualified.
What Experience and Skills Are Required?
• Minimum 3 years hands-on experience configuring and administering UKG Pro Workforce Central/Kronos Workforce Ready, Dimensions or similar UKG solutions
• Expert knowledge of UKG configuration best practices, tools and capabilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose configuration issues
• Experience documenting complex configurations
• Ability to develop repair plans and timelines
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills
This is a 10 month contract position with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. The BSA must be able to start immediately.
