Job Description
Education:
Bachelor's degree or Associate Degree.

Required Experience:
10+ years in IT, including 5+ years in IT and project management leadership.
7+ years of relevant experience.
Proven experience in data technologies and cross-functional team leadership.
Strong customer focus and business consulting skills.
Experience in matrix organizations and third-party vendor management.

As a strategic member of the Global Franchise leadership teams, the Global Franchise Business Partner drives alignment between business strategy and technology capabilities across Service, Market Access, and Global Training. This role ensures that business technology not only supports but proactively shapes strategic initiatives-leveraging Gen AI, data, and enterprise platforms to deliver competitive advantage.

Job Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Planning
Shape and align technology strategy with franchise and regional business goals.
Lead Gen AI deployment and ideation initiatives to unlock enterprise value.
Act as a thought leader in business model innovation and capability re-engineering.
Leverages existing enterprise solutions before supporting new technologies.

Portfolio & Project Management
Develop and manage a comprehensive portfolio plan and delivery roadmap.
Oversee end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely and cost-effective outcomes.
Shapes new demands and fosters project launch execution through the ITCI Demand Process.

Stakeholder Engagement
Serve as a trusted advisor to Service, Market Access, and Global Training leadership.
Influence and educate stakeholders on the strategic use of technology and data.
Ensure alignment and transparency on roadmaps, risks, and funding.

Team & Vendor Leadership
Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
Ensure vendor performance aligns with organizational standards.
Executes Classifeye's and Ariba Vendor Assessments

Financial & Compliance Oversight
Develop and manage budgets with strong financial acumen.
Monitor performance and adjust for variances (e.g., Gen AI Agents).
Ensure adherence to security and compliance policies.
