Job Title: Senior SAP Applications Analyst

Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a skilled Senior SAP Applications Analyst to join our client's dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in SAP MM (Materials Management), with a strong emphasis on Warehouse Management (WM), Inventory Management (IM), and Logistics Execution (LE) within a manufacturing environment. The role demands exceptional analytical capabilities, problem-solving skills, and effective communication abilities.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with business analysts, technical architects, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into detailed functional design specifications.
Define business processes, gather requirements, and design solutions including prototyping, testing, training, and implementation.
Communicate process changes, enhancements, and modifications effectively through verbal and written documentation.
Lead programming and technical tasks by providing functional specifications to developers, designing test plans, executing test scenarios, and documenting results.
Oversee multiple complex tasks and projects, analyze business systems issues, and engage effectively with client management.
Lead cross-functional teams to achieve IT and business objectives.
Support existing SAP functionality, both standard and custom.
Champion healthy and safe work practices in accordance with regulatory standards and company policies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in information technology, information systems, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in business systems analysis or equivalent within a SAP environment, with expertise in SAP MM, WM, IM, and LE.
Experience with SAP version ECC 6.0 or later, including involvement in at least three full life cycle implementations.
Consulting experience in dynamic cross-functional projects is highly desirable.
Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA is preferred.
Skills and Competencies:
Proficient in SAP implementations, support packs, and enhancement packs within a manufacturing context.
Working knowledge of Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) development and debugging.
Strong proficiency in SAP and MS Office applications.
Exceptional data conversion skills and ability to analyze business impacts.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
