Job Details
Location Preference: Dallas, TX (Luna Rd Tech Hub) - Must be able to work onsite 3 days/week
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support execution of Technology Risk Management programs
- Collaborate with Engineering teams for IT risk assessments, issue remediation, and compliance
- Participate in RCSA, Policy Exception Management, Incident Management, KRI/KPI metrics
- Provide advisory and execution support for audit, policy, and control frameworks
- Work closely with Compliance, Audit, Legal, and other risk partners
- Utilize GRC tools (preferably Archer) for risk tracking and reporting
- Create automation dashboards using Tableau for risk metrics (nice to have)
- 6+ years in Technology Risk Management
- Strong understanding of IT Systems delivery lifecycle (on-prem & cloud)
- Experience with risk documentation, controls compliance, and remediation
- Hands-on with GRC tools (preferably Archer)
- Background in financial institutions or banking industry
