We are seeking a dedicated Technical Artist to serve as a crucial link between our artistic and
engineering teams. This role involves collaborating closely with a multifaceted, interconnected
team dedicated to crafting engaging experiences to demonstrate technology use cases
between research and product.
Technical Artist Responsibilities
 Partner closely with the engineering and design teams to develop experiences across a
range of devices.
 Implement runtime logic within a complex real-time environment with performance
limitations in mind.
 Develop broad technical expertise to assist in a wide variety of technical and artistic
tasks, including diagnosing and fixing bugs.
 Quickly solve issues with cross-functional leads.
 Design, manage and maintain the pipeline of artists workflows.
 Prototype end-to-end experiences in real-time: Environments and Characters
 Consistently give and take constructive feedback, direct next steps, and communicate
clear goals and outcomes to your team.
Minimum Qualifications
 Expertise working with Unity
 Expertise in procedural effects and tooling
 Expertise in gaussian splats, scene, and object reconstruction
 5+ years of experience developing real-time experiences.
 Demonstrated expertise with at least one of the following pipelines: Runtime
Behaviors, or Asset Pipeline.
 Experience in content authoring packages (e.g. Maya, Houdini, Blender etc.)
 Expertise in at least one low-level programming language
 Expertise working with version control systems (Git, Perforce, etc.), using advanced
workflows.
 Experience collaborating on multi-disciplinary teams.
Preferred Qualifications
 VR, MR and AR experience
 Knowledge of emerging AI technologies
