Job Title: NetSuite Application Analyst
Location: Ft. Lauderdale, FL (Some travel to TX & Long Island 2-4 days/month)
Industry: Electrical Distribution / Light Manufacturing
Remote/Hybrid: Onsite preferred with occasional travel
Job Description:
The client is a leading electrical parts distributor formed by merging three companies, is seeking a NetSuite Application Analyst to lead the configuration, implementation, and ongoing support of NetSuite and related applications (e.g., Zoho). This role is critical in our digital transformation initiative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer, configure, and support NetSuite ERP environment
- Lead and document standard business process mapping
- Manage master and transactional data migration efforts
- Coordinate and execute system and UAT testing
- Support Zoho platform and integrations
- Deliver end-user training and documentation
- Work with technical teams to ensure data integration and field mapping accuracy
- Lead and mentor internal application SMEs
- Support organizational change management activities
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3 5+ years NetSuite implementation and support experience
- Background in distribution industry (must-have); experience in simple fabrication/assembly manufacturing highly preferred
- Experience in application support, business process modeling, and data flow documentation
- Strong skills in testing, project management, and business analysis
- Excellent communication and customer service orientation
- Knowledge of BI/reporting tools (e.g., SuiteAnalytics, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Zoho CRM or related modules
- NetSuite certifications
- Knowledge of data visualization tools
