Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer

Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer: Identity and Access Management Engineer to join our team to help transform identity platforms, processes, and automations. This is a hands-on technical role with opportunities to work directly on strategic identity initiatives. The IAM Engineer will work as part of the IAM team, supporting and enhancing identity services across Auth0, Microsoft Entra ID, and Active Directory. This role will focus on delivering secure, efficient identity solutions, collaborating closely with internal development teams, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in identity technologies, hands-on experience integrating proprietary applications to Auth0 and Entra ID for authentication, Azure Function Apps and Logic Apps, Powershell scripting, and general identity integrations.

Required Skills and Experience

3-5 years of experience working in Identity and Access Management roles

Hands-on experience managing and integrating with Auth0 (tenant management, extensibility, rules, actions, hooks, SAML integrations)

Strong knowledge of Auth0, Microsoft Entra ID, and Active Directory

Scripting experience with Powershell and development with Java, Node.js.

Experience developing custom APIs in Azure for identity-related integrations

Strong understanding of authentication and federation protocols (e.g., SAML, OIDC, OAuth2, LDAP)

Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Oracle solutions (OIM, OAM, EBS, OBIEE)

Experience integrating IAM services with business systems such as Oracle EBS, Salesforce, or SAP

Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator or Auth0 Certified Expert are a plus
