Overview

We re looking for a seasoned ServiceNow ITAM leader who can operate as a strategic advisor, client-facing authority, and delivery orchestrator. This role owns the end-to-end roadmap across SAM Pro, HAM Pro, CMDB, and ITOM, driving transformational outcomes across the IT asset lifecycle. The ideal candidate is a high-trust communicator who can manage stakeholders, mentor cross-functional teams, and run engagements with executive polish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive ITAM program strategy leveraging ServiceNow SAM Pro and HAM Pro, ensuring optimized license positions, hardware lifecycle governance, and proactive compliance management.
  • Lead client-facing workshops, executive briefings, and decision-making cycles with exceptional presentation presence.
  • Manage and scale teams, providing coaching, performance management, and delivery oversight across multi-workstream engagements.
  • Own project governance: scope, timelines, risk mitigation, resourcing, and milestone accountability.
  • Partner with ITOM & CMDB SMEs to ensure asset data fidelity, normalization, enrichment, and integration quality.
  • Define operational models, process frameworks, and KPI-driven scorecards for ITAM maturity uplift.
  • Champion best practices in asset lifecycle management across procurement, deployment, reclamation, and retirement.

Requirements

  • 8+ years hands-on ITAM experience across SAM/HAM, CMDB, and ITOM.
  • Proven leadership background people management, stakeholder engagement, and client relationship ownership.
  • Demonstrated success delivering ServiceNow SAM/HAM Pro implementations in complex enterprise environments.
  • Strong program and project management skill set (formal methodology expertise a plus).
  • Outstanding communication, executive presence, and soft-skills mastery.
  • Deep familiarity with IT asset lifecycle principles and domain governance.
  • Ability to operate in the EDT time zone.
