VM ENGINEER

As a Vulnerability Management engineer, you will work closely with the Vulnerability Manager Specialist and collaborate with the CTI automation, pen-testing team, and IT security. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and prioritize threats and vulnerabilities in our OT environment, providing reports to key stakeholders. This role focuses on technical security functions rather than compliance

50% Travel is required .

Location-Lexington, KY

Job Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Vulnerability Management (VM) team to ensure smooth operations.
Analyze, rate, and confirm vulnerabilities reported by external researchers and new technical vulnerabilities based on their business impact.
Prioritize remediation activities.
Develop VM-related applications/scripts and provide software quality assurance.
Drive peripheral application and infrastructure patching tasks related to vulnerability remediation.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's or College Degree in related fields
Minimum 5+ year experience in Cyber security role.
Experience in IT, embedded systems, hardware testing, threat intelligence, cybersecurity
Certification preferred: CISSP, CISA, cyber related certification.
