Job Details

Job Details / Responsibilities:

  • Lead design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of .NET and cloud-based applications
  • Build and consume APIs; design distributed software systems
  • Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams, analysts, and stakeholders
  • Apply modern software architecture, microservices, and DevOps practices
  • Work on multiple projects, troubleshoot complex problems, and drive innovative solutions
  • Mentor and lead developer teams, including remote/offshore members
  • Ensure solutions are maintainable, scalable, and secure in cloud environments (Azure / AWS)
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum processes and contribute to SDLC best practices

Qualifications:

  • BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent with 8+ years of experience
  • 5+ years in hands-on software development and full SDLC
  • Strong .NET / C# expertise
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred, AWS a plus)
  • Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React)
  • Experience leading development teams, including remote/offshore
  • Agile/Scrum experience
  • Optional: Insurance industry or insurance software development experience
