Job Details
Job Details / Responsibilities:
- Lead design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of .NET and cloud-based applications
- Build and consume APIs; design distributed software systems
- Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams, analysts, and stakeholders
- Apply modern software architecture, microservices, and DevOps practices
- Work on multiple projects, troubleshoot complex problems, and drive innovative solutions
- Mentor and lead developer teams, including remote/offshore members
- Ensure solutions are maintainable, scalable, and secure in cloud environments (Azure / AWS)
- Participate in Agile/Scrum processes and contribute to SDLC best practices
Qualifications:
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent with 8+ years of experience
- 5+ years in hands-on software development and full SDLC
- Strong .NET / C# expertise
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred, AWS a plus)
- Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React)
- Experience leading development teams, including remote/offshore
- Agile/Scrum experience
- Optional: Insurance industry or insurance software development experience
