Job Description:
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Project Manager to join their team. This pivotal role will focus on leading sophisticated software development and testing projects, ensuring seamless execution and delivery. The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for managing broad aspects of technical programs, including initiation, planning, execution, and closure.

Responsibilities:
  • Apply program management principles effectively to oversee and direct technology programs.
  • Initiate programs, ensuring thorough alignment on program planning and cross-functional team collaboration.
  • Implement accurate and efficient planning strategies based on comprehensive knowledge and experience.
  • Manage full lifecycle risk assessment and mitigation, ensuring proactive issue resolution.
  • Enhance program processes through the application of technology, ensuring visibility and communication across all stakeholder groups.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive the implementation of innovative solutions aligned with organizational goals.
  • Conduct regular governance and review meetings to ensure program objectives are met and deliver measurable improvements.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in leading software development/test projects in a Technical Program Manager capacity.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Jira.
  • Proficiency in Agile development methodologies with at least 3 years of experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, large-scale technical programs successfully.
  • Strong familiarity with professional program management methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to engage with engineering teams effectively.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills, with a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and align programs with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Capability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Pay Range: $65.00 - $70.00 Hourly

This position offers a hybrid schedule, with time split between the office and remote work.
