QA Automation Engineer

Contract-to-hire

Must Haves:

1. Proficient with automation tools
   
   
   
   1. Eggplant preferred
   
   
   2. Any other functional automation solution (UFT, Selenium, etc.)
   
   
   
   


2. Experience in IT within healthcare field
   
   
   
   1. Cerner/Oracle suite of health applications preferred
   
   
   2. Any other healthcare application (Epic, Medidata, athenahealth, Optum, Intersystems, etc.)
   
   
   
   


3. Experience using version control, preferably Git


4. Proficient in automation concepts


5. At least 6 years as software test engineer, with at least 3 years of moderate experience where their working in automation

Nice to haves:

• Experience with Open Text ALM and OpenText UFT


• Candidate with existing or recent Federal Government clearance.


• In Florida strongly preferred. 100% remote work.

Primary tasks:

• Create effective/efficient functional automated script using Eggplant using best scripting practices


• Will use test cases as basis for functional automated scripts


• Will execute test cases manually in the process of developing functional automated scripts


• Execute functional automated scripts


• Analyze and report results of automated test execution


• Participate in and contribute during meetings
