Our client is looking for an Amazon Lex Developer for Long term contract project in Columbus, OH (Hybrid) below is the detailed requirements.

Title: Amazon Lex Developer

Location: Columbus, OH (Hybrid - 3 days onsite 2 days remote per week)

Duration: Long Term Contract

Job Description:

  • We are seeking a skilled Amazon Lex developer to join our team.
  • As an Amazon Lex developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying conversational interfaces using Amazon Lex and integrating them with various platforms and services.
  • You will work closely with our development team to deliver high-quality solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Responsibilities:

  • As an Amazon Lex developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying conversational interfaces using Amazon Lex and integrating them with various platforms and services
  • You will work closely with our development team to deliver high-quality solutions that meet our clients' needs
  • Designing and implementing Amazon Lex bots based on provided specifications and requirements
  • Defining intents, utterances, and slots to create conversational flows that align with user interactions
  • Integrating Amazon Lex bots with backend services using AWS Lambda functions or other AWS services
  • Developing and maintaining conversational UI/UX designs to optimize user experience and engagement
  • Writing and maintaining technical documentation related to Amazon Lex configurations, integrations, and deployments
  • Conducting testing and debugging of Amazon Lex bots to ensure performance, reliability, and scalability
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams including UX/UI designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver integrated solutions
  • Staying updated with the latest AWS services, tools, and best practices related to Amazon Lex development

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Proven experience developing and deploying conversational interfaces using Amazon Lex
  • Strong proficiency in AWS services such as Lambda, S3, Amazon Q, DynamoDB, etc.
  • Experience with programming languages such as Python, Node.js, or Java
  • Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) concepts and techniques
  • Ability to translate user requirements into technical solutions
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
