- Serve as the Application and Configuration SME for one or more of the key areas of Oracle Fusion functionality: HCM, Payroll, T&L, Compensation, Core HR, Learning
- Evaluate and understand business needs, proposing scalable solutions with Oracle Fusion enabled functionality and standardization.
o Evaluate all business requirements and come up with an end-to-end solution in the form of products or services
JOB SUMMARY/OVERVIEW
Client is looking for an Oracle Fusion Cloud Senior Business Analyst to lead the operational stability and enhancements of Oracle HCM including payroll, time and labor, compensation. Priority will be given to candidates with experience in additional Oracle modules including Core HR and Learning. This individual is responsible for the overall configuration of project solutions ensuring that designs align with the enterprise and domain strategic vision, best practices and standards, and architectural principles; ultimately leading the successful delivery of Oracle Fusion enhancements, stability and support. This will involve all aspects of the project lifecycle including requirements gathering, process re-engineering, solution design, implementation, and delivery.
