Project Manager 3PL Initiative
About the Role
is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to support key initiatives within our Manufacturing and Supply Chain division, with a focus on the US market. This role will lead the execution of projects tied to our third-party logistics (3PL) strategy and the enhancement of our labeling artwork processes, including a critical software application upgrade.
You ll work closely with global and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery, effective communication, and alignment with business goals. The ideal candidate combines strong project execution capabilities with excellent people skills and comfort engaging with senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage IT projects supporting 3PL-related business process improvements and integration into US operations.
- Oversee the upgrade and implementation of software related to labeling and artwork management.
- Coordinate across international teams and departments to drive project milestones and ensure cross-functional collaboration.
- Keep senior manufacturing and supply chain executives informed and involved throughout project delivery.
- Track and report on project status, KPIs, timelines, and budget.
- Ensure appropriate governance, documentation, and change management processes are followed.
Requirements
- Strong experience in IT project management managing 3PL related projects (i.e. 3PL Integration with ERP Systems, WMS Implementation or upgrade, Labeling and Artwork Compliance Projects, Returns and Reverse Logistics Optimization)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage across all levels.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project and other standard project tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global organization.
- Experience in pharmaceutical or regulated industries is a plus.
