Job Description:
Project manager with 5-7 years' experience and demonstrated track record of executing technical projects and managing administrative aspects of portfolio.

Skillsets/Qualifications
Degree in Project Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analysis, or a related discipline.
3-5 years of Project or Program Management Experience Demonstrated track record of delivering business value using technology solutions in high-tech operations space.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills across a wide range of technical and non-technical stakeholders; demonstrated attention to detail.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation and organizational skills with a clear ability to focus under pressure.
Be independent and thorough in examination and analysis, alongside results oriented.
Ability to drive projects end-to-end independently. Strong diplomacy, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Must have the ability to plan for, prioritize, and execute multiple tasks both ad hoc and business as usual.
Strong data gathering and analysis skills Demonstrated ability to drive multiple workflows forward at varying timelines, collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams, drive tasks to completion with moderate day-to-day supervision Experience in sustainability or energy a plus
MUST HAVE SKILLS
Program Manager- run the different program, define scope, stakeholder register, program charter, drive execution, risk management
Communication skills - strong, leadership
Presentations, Interpersonal relationship
Implementation, Road mapping
Influencing large pool of people
Total No of years of experience: 5+
Degree / Certifications: PMP / NMBA
Bachelor's degree - Technical

* Project estimating, project scheduling & tracking, customer interaction and management, implementation planning in large organizations
* Proven people management and team building skills
* Demonstrated ability to be flexible/ adaptable in exercising judgment in a changing environment and to manage competing priorities
* Proven ability to learn business processes quickly and to work well with business partners at different levels within the organization
* Strong ability to assess risk and apply management principles to technology applications/products and business functions
* Experience delivering technology and business application solutions in a large-scale, multi-platform systems environment
* Experience with software development lifecycle
