Key Skills: Automation and dashboard development experience, Strong communication skills, Strong Data Analysis & Visualization skills, Proficiency in Oracle, Power BI, Crystal Reports, and Excel for building dashboards and reports. Strong understanding of scripting & Query Languages, SQL for querying databases. Familiarity with Python or R for advanced data manipulation and automation. Experience with ServiceNow: Experience with ITSM data and reporting modules. SharePoint: Managing and integrating data sources or dashboards understanding of CDM (Continuous Diagnostics and Mitigation);

Certifications: Security+, Oracle certification, Certified Data Analyst (CDMP or CAP), Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate, Splunk Core Certified Power User / Splunk Certified Data Analyst, Elastic Certified Engineer, Elastic Certified Analyst

Dashboard & Reporting Development

Develop compliance dashboards using centralized security authorization data to support cybersecurity risk analytics.

Coordinate with the Enterprise Cybersecurity Risk and Analysis Branch to customize dashboards and reports for MGMT-HQ.

Create custom dashboards and scheduled reports using available data analytics tools.

Data Analysis & Risk Modeling

Build risk models and generate reports to support MGMT-HQ compliance and risk management.

Compile and organize data to prepare routine and ad hoc reports for federal staff review.

Process Improvement & Automation

Assist federal staff in identifying and automating reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce resource costs.
