Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 Functional Analyst to join our team and support the implementation, enhancement, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) and related applications. The ideal candidate will bridge business needs with technical solutions, working closely with stakeholders, developers, and end-users to ensure effective use of D365 capabilities.


Key Responsibilities




  • Partner with business users to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements across Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations.




  • Configure and support D365 F&O modules, identifying opportunities for automation and process improvements.




  • Collaborate with technical teams to design solutions, perform functional testing, and validate enhancements/customizations.




  • Develop functional documentation, workflows, training materials, and user guides.




  • Support system integrations, data migration, and UAT activities.




  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for D365, advising on best practices and helping align technology with business strategy.




  • Provide day-to-day application support, issue resolution, and end-user training.




Qualifications




  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).




  • 3+ years of experience as a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, or Consultant working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (or AX).




  • Strong knowledge of at least one D365 functional area: Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory, or Manufacturing.




  • Experience with requirements gathering, process documentation, and functional design.




  • Familiarity with system integrations, data migration, and reporting (Power BI a plus).




  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.




Preferred Skills




  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.




  • Experience with lifecycle services (LCS) and DevOps for D365.




  • Exposure to Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate).
