About the Company   

Our client is the global manufacturing and solution supplier of choice for heavy duty commercial off-road and utility vehicles looking to hire a Vice President - IT 

About the Opportunity 

PD Main is the old ERP system which is in place since last 20 years and they are migrating to SAP S4/Hana 

They are in the mapping stage currently and in the next two years they are planning to go live. They expect the incumbent to have experience with SAP implementation. They have one SAP specialist who they recently hired. 

The incumbent should have strong enterprise application knowledge and understanding. The person should be able to talk to managers globally and understand business needs to provide the right solution in order to create CoE or shared IT services. 

SAP S4/Hana Implementation timeline: 

• 1st week July kickoff 

• US entity will be the first implementation (1 year project) 

• Canada 

• Poland  

• Brazil or Canada 

Current Applications: 

• PD Main ERP - North America 

• Monitor ERP - Europe 

• Parts portal - after market 

• Will be doing AI and digitalization 

• No CRM 

About You 

• Min 1 full life cycle implementation of SAP (ECC 6 or S4/HANA) and have functional knowledge 

• Managing large enterprise application environment and based on business needs and requirement provide company wide solutions 

• People leadership experience - min 5 years 

• Strong communication skills and peoples person as this person will be working with stakeholders globally and manage vendors 

• Experience working in blue collar environment (manufacturing or mining or logistics or oil & gas or utilities & energy) 

• Ability to travel 20% globally and 4 days onsite (Vaughan preferred) 

Bonus Items 

• S4 Hana implementation is a big plus 

Salary Range 

$245,000/year
