Description

Position Summary
We are seeking a technically skilled and automation-driven IT Change Management Automation Engineer to transform change management practices through intelligent automation and seamless tool integrations.

Key Responsibilities

Consult with IT engineering teams to ensure high-quality automation integrations with IT Change Management practices.
Develop scripts and playbooks to automate infrastructure changes and deployments triggered by approved change requests.
Ensure automated deployments are compliant with change policies and fully auditable through ServiceNow.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in an enterprise IT organization.
Strong scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell, Python, JavaScript).
Experience with IT automation platforms and system integrations.
Solid understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) practices.

Preferred Skills

ServiceNow System Administrator or Implementation Specialist certification.
Experience with automation platforms such as Ansible or Azure DevOps.
Proficiency in Ansible for infrastructure automation or Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipeline integration.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Change Management module).
Experience with REST APIs and webhooks for tool integrations.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and infrastructure-as-code concepts.
Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments.
