Integration Developer

Responsibilities

• Integrate SAP S/4HANA, BRIM, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure cloud services, IVR systems, mobile apps, and external APIs into seamless enterprise solutions.
• Design, develop, and optimize backend services using .Net and Go (Golang).
• Build and maintain scalable REST APIs, microservices, and distributed cloud-native systems.
• Lead and support CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes) and modern DevOps practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design payment platforms that comply with PCI DSS, SOC, ISO 27001, HIPAA and other industry standards.
• Ensure system performance, security, reliability, and regulatory compliance in high-volume processing environments.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and best practice guidance to junior developers.
• Conduct system monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization of integration workflows.
• Deliver and maintain thorough documentation of integration designs, processes, and testing.

Qualifications

• 8+ years proven experience as a Senior Developer/Integration Developer in enterprise environments.
• Expert knowledge in SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Azure cloud, IVR, and external system integrations, ideally in large-scale modernization projects.
• 5+ years hands-on expertise in Payment Processing Applications development and maintenance.
• 3+ years backend development with GoLang.
• 3+ years backend development with .Net.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful API design, microservices, and cloud-native architecture.
• Proficiency with ADO, Git, and version control workflows.
• Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Required Skills

• Experience with Kafka / RabbitMQ, monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana).
• Knowledge of Terraform, Helm, or Infrastructure as Code practices.
• Background in DevOps/SRE.
• Familiarity with tolling, payments, or government modernization projects.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with technical and business stakeholders.
