Role: GenAI Product Analyst / Product Owner
Location: Atlanta / NJ / Charlotte Hybrid Role

Customer Advocacy & Product Vision: Champion the voice of the customer in shaping innovative digital experiences and product strategies that deliver measurable value within P&C and Insurance.
User Research & Insights: Conduct research to identify user personas, pain points, and journeys, and analyze findings using methods such as A/B testing, concept testing, and data analysis to inform product development.
Prioritization & Roadmapping: Drive prioritization of product features for future releases across one or multiple delivery teams based on commercial, user, and strategic priorities. Maintain supporting documentation such as feature lists, user stories, and roadmaps.
Market & Trend Analysis: Provide insights and lead quantitative and qualitative analyses on emerging trends in technology, products, markets, and competitors with a focus on P&C and Insurance to inform product direction and roadmap.
MVP Champion: Advocate for the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) approach, focusing on creating feasible, viable, and desirable solutions.
Strategic Balance: Effectively balance multiple priorities, including business value, stakeholder impact, speed to market, and technical feasibility.
Collaboration & Delivery: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to scope, design, test, and deliver innovative P&C and Insurance solutions.
Business Case Development: Lead the creation of business cases, operating plans, and proposals for new initiatives in digital insurance and P&C transformation.
Performance Tracking: Communicate and monitor progress, including regular KPI reporting to stakeholders.
What s Needed to Be Successful
Proven experience launching data-driven digital products (or feature releases) and articulating a product vision aligned with strategic business goals.
Track record in conducting field and user research to validate customer goals, frictions, and behaviors, and using these insights to prioritize features based on user needs, commercial value, and strategic alignment.
Strong analytical experience in market and industry trends, particularly within financial services, P&C, and insurance; proficiency in using analytics tools and methods to support decision-making.
Experience supporting or leading sprint planning, developing epics and user stories, and managing a product backlog.
Demonstrated collaboration skills working with cross-functional, agile product teams at scale.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment through excellent time management and organizational skills.
Self-motivated, with strong initiative and creative problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to convey thought leadership and influence senior executives.
Nice to Have
Direct experience in financial services or insurance, particularly P&C insurance digital products.
Passion for innovation and emerging technologies, especially AI and GenAI applications in the insurance industry.
