Position Overview:
As a Recruiting Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, focusing on delivering high-quality candidates to our clients like Cognizant. You will work closely with our clients, internal teams, and candidates to ensure smooth and efficient recruitment cycles. Your role will involve leading a team of recruiters, developing effective sourcing strategies, and driving recruitment initiatives to meet staffing needs in the IT and tech industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Strategy and Execution:
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet the hiring needs of major clients such as Cognizant, TCS, and Infosys.
Oversee and manage the full recruitment life cycle, from job requisition to offer acceptance.
Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand their specific staffing needs, job requirements, and deadlines.
Team Leadership and Management:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the recruiting team.
Conduct training sessions to enhance the team's skillset and improve overall recruitment efficiency.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at major clients, ensuring that their recruitment needs are met effectively.
Act as the main point of contact for client communications and ensure a seamless hiring experience.
Regularly update clients on the progress of the recruitment process, addressing any concerns or issues.
Sourcing and Talent Acquisition:
Utilize a variety of sourcing channels (job boards, social media, networks, referrals, etc.) to identify and attract top talent.
Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for both active and future roles.
Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure they meet the requirements of the client and the role.
Metrics and Reporting:
Monitor and report on key performance metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire.
Provide regular updates and insights to leadership regarding recruitment progress and outcomes.
Ensure compliance with all recruitment policies and industry regulations.
Process Improvement and Innovation:
Continuously evaluate and improve the recruitment processes to increase efficiency, reduce time-to-hire, and improve candidate quality.
Leverage technology and data to streamline recruiting efforts and enhance the candidate experience.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to keep the company competitive in the staffing space.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment or staffing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience in managing recruitment processes for large IT clients such as Cognizant.
Strong understanding of the IT staffing landscape, including key technical roles, trends, and requirements.
Skills:
Excellent leadership, mentoring, and team-building abilities.
In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Education:
Bachelor s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Preferred:
Experience with high-volume recruitment and handling large-scale client accounts.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
