Ameriprise Financial, Inc. seeks a Software Engineer, in Minneapolis, MN.
Key Responsibilities
To design, code, test, implement, maintain, and support application software that is delivered on time and within budget. Work closely with customers, business analysts, technology, and project teams to understand business requirements, drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions that are aligned with business and technology strategies, and comply with the organization's architectural standards. Provide technical guidance to the development team through the full software life cycle. Remote work permitted 2 days per week. #LI_DNI.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field, plus 3 years of experience coding, designing, and building complex software applications, including Web services, Agile Methodology, SQL Database and Query, Unix, Java CICD pipelines, Java and Python programming languages, and Spring framework. 3 years of experience translating client/business needs into software designs, reconciling conflicting objectives, creating acceptable compromises within existing limitations, and applying both current technical solution and abstract elements.
