Job Overview:

We are seeking a hands-on Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant who has strong expertise in both functional configuration and technical troubleshooting. This is a fully remote role that involves day-to-day production support across Payroll, Benefits, Core HR, OTL, and Talent modules.

The ideal candidate must be capable of resolving production issues, developing fast formulas, building custom reports, and loading data using HDL. Experience with Redwood pages, VBCS, and OIC is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide production support for Oracle HCM Cloud across Payroll, Benefits, Core HR, OTL, and Talent modules.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day functional and technical tickets.
  • Analyze, evaluate, and develop Fast Formulas (Payroll, Absence, Eligibility, etc.).
  • Build and enhance custom reports using OTBI, BIP, and HCM Extracts.
  • Load and validate data using HDL for various HCM modules.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement functional configurations.
  • Support and configure Redwood UI pages, and design solutions using VBCS and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud as a Techno-Functional Consultant.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Payroll, Benefits, Core HR, OTL, and Talent modules.
  • Proven experience in HDL, Fast Formulas, BIP, OTBI, and HCM Extracts.
  • Experience with Redwood page development, VBCS, and OIC is required.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced support environment.
