Experience experience and designing roadmaps for large data environments in SQL Server.
Previous experience working in enterprise environments
Ability to mentor others, perform code reviews, and drive teams to deliver on the architecture plans.
Must be able to design data moves with performance in mind.
Previous Pharmacy environments or Healthcare is a plus
