Job Title: POS Program Manager
Location: Quincy, MA Hybrid (3 Days Onsite local prefered)
Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced POS Program Manager to lead and oversee a large-scale Point of Sale (POS) implementation program. The ideal candidate will possess deep domain knowledge in POS systems, excellent program management skills, and strong communication abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage large-scale POS implementation programs from initiation through delivery.
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, define scope, and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
Oversee project planning, execution, tracking, and reporting, ensuring all projects meet quality standards and timelines.
Coordinate across multiple project teams to ensure successful program execution.
Ensure effective communication across all levels of the organization, including status reporting and risk escalation.
Provide hands-on support and guidance in POS-related technologies and implementation processes.
Must-Have Skills:
POS Implementation Expertise Proven track record in handling large-scale POS rollouts.
Program Management Strong experience in managing multiple interrelated projects under a program umbrella.
POS Technology Knowledge Hands-on understanding of POS platforms, architecture, and best practices.
Stakeholder Communication Ability to engage and manage expectations of technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Leadership Experience in leading project teams and managing vendor/partner coordination.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in retail or grocery domain is a plus.
PMP or relevant certification is an advantage.
Familiarity with Ahold Delhaize systems or ecosystem is a bonus.
