Job Overview

We are expanding our team and looking for a talented Full Stack Software Engineer to help build innovative, scalable, and high-performing applications that enhance user experiences across platforms. This role blends modern Java (17+) backend development with intuitive Angular-based front-end solutions. Ideal candidates are experienced working in Agile environments, passionate about clean architecture, and thrive in cross-functional collaboration.


Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement robust full stack solutions, including backend services and user-facing interfaces.

  • Build scalable REST APIs using Java 17+, Spring Boot, and modern architectural patterns.

  • Create rich, responsive front-end experiences using Angular and web standards.

  • Optimize application performance, security, and usability across the full stack.

  • Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and team planning activities.

  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to understand requirements and deliver end-to-end features.

  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the team's technical growth.

  • Support deployment, monitoring, and on-call needs as required.


Basic Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.

  • Experience: 5–8 years of professional software development experience, including:

  • Hands-on experience with Java 17 or newer, Spring Boot.

  • Strong proficiency with Angular and front-end development (HTML, CSS, TypeScript).

  • Technical Skills:

  • Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals, object-oriented programming, and design patterns.

  • Experience with RESTful services and web protocols (HTTP, WebSockets).

  • Working knowledge of containerization tools such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.

  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, source control (Git), and Agile methodologies.

  • Awareness of security best practices (e.g., OWASP Top 10).

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Strong communication skills and ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

    • Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams, including designers, QA, and product owners.

    • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

    • Ability to manage tasks in a dynamic, distributed environment.

    • Experience working in Agile teams using Scrum or Kanban.

    • Exposure to additional front-end frameworks or mobile development.

    • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.

    • Experience with performance profiling and front-end testing frameworks (Jasmine, Karma, etc.)
