Job Details

Role: .NET Lead full time

Location : Onsite [Dallas, TX, 75342]

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Development Team: Oversee and guide the development team in designing, developing, and maintaining applications using .NET technologies.
  • Agile Methodology: Facilitate Agile practices, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Sprint Planning: Define and manage the team's backlog, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely completion of sprints.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide hands-on development and technical guidance in .NET, including C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and related technologies.
  • Communication: Foster clear and effective communication within the team and with stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals and progress.
  • Problem Solving: Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Mentorship: Mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and career growth.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in .NET development and Agile methodologies.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, MVC)
    • Strong understanding of Agile practices and sprint planning
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills
    • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
    • Ability to manage and delegate tasks effectively
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CSM (Certified Scrum Master) or PMP (Project Management Professional) are a plus.
