Job Details

Title: AWS Connect Architect

Location: Remote

Duration: 6+ months

Job Description:

  • We are seeking an experienced AWS Connect Architect to design, implement, and optimize cloud-based contact center solutions leveraging Amazon Connect, Unified Contact Center (UCC) technologies, and other AWS services.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecting scalable, secure, and customer-centric call center environments with a focus on performance, automation, and seamless user experience.
  • Design, configure, and deploy scalable contact center solutions using Amazon Connect and integrated AWS services (Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatch, Lex, and Polly).
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to analyze call center workflows, IVR requirements, and customer journey mapping.
  • Integrate AWS Connect with CRM systems, ticketing tools, and third-party applications through APIs and AWS SDKs.
  • Develop and maintain call routing strategies, contact flows, and automation scripts to optimize service delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure UCC and telephony integrations align with enterprise communication strategies.
  • Implement real-time monitoring, reporting, and analytics for contact center KPIs using Amazon CloudWatch and AWS QuickSight.
  • Manage incident response and troubleshooting for contact center operations, ensuring minimal downtime and high service availability.
  • Participate in system upgrades, testing, and performance tuning activities.
  • Ensure compliance with security, governance, and regulatory standards across all AWS implementations.
  • Provide technical documentation, training, and knowledge transfer to support teams and stakeholders.
