QA Lead

Introduction:

We are seeking a skilled QA Lead to join our Quality Engineering team. The QA Lead will be responsible for overseeing the testing process and ensuring the quality of our software products. This individual will work closely with the development team to identify and resolve issues, implement testing strategies, and improve overall product quality.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement test strategies for software products
• Lead a team of QA engineers in executing test plans and test cases
• Automate testing processes using Java and Selenium
• Identify and report bugs and issues to the development team
• Collaborate with developers to improve product quality and performance
• Document test results and provide feedback to stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in software testing

Requirements:

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Java programming language
• Experience with Selenium automation testing
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to lead a team and prioritize tasks effectively

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with other automation testing tools
• Knowledge of Agile development practices
• Certifications in software testing or quality assurance
• Experience in performance testing and load testing
