Duration: 12 Months Contract Position
Position Summary
The consultant will serve as a PeopleSoft Lead Consultant, responsible for implementing new modules, enhancing existing functionality, and supporting ongoing production within the PeopleSoft HCM suite. This is a remote, desk-based position with no exposure to track or environmental risks.
Key Responsibilities

Analyze business needs and define detailed requirements for new PeopleSoft HCM features.

Map business processes to PeopleSoft functionalities and create functional architecture models.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Client's IT, Performance Management, and application designers.

Facilitate requirements gathering and user design sessions with key stakeholders.

Perform gap analysis, define data flows, and ensure integration with other systems.

Assist with system testing (including SIT and end-to-end), user support, and go-live readiness.

Lead the development of PeopleSoft queries, reports, and SQL scripts (DML/DQL).

Contribute to staffing plans, project scheduling, and cross-team issue resolution.

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of PeopleSoft HCM Functional and Technical experience

Deep expertise in PeopleSoft HCM v9.2+ modules, including:

Human Resources, Compensation, Position Management, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Performance, ESS/MSS

Strong SQL scripting skills (DML, DQL) and advanced PeopleSoft Query development

Experience with full lifecycle PeopleSoft implementations

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills

Experience reviewing deliverables for quality and compliance

Familiarity with PeopleSoft Test Framework is a plus

Previous experience in government or public sector projects is preferred
Education & Soft Skills

Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)

Excellent communication (verbal, written, presentation) and interpersonal skills

Strong ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
