Roles & Responsibilities:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical discipline required.
- Minimum 5years of experience in procurement, sourcing, and supplier management.
- Proven success in sourcing within electromechanical components or complex assemblies.
- Medical device, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology industry experience strongly preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of achieving cost and delivery targets.
- Familiarity with procurement software (e.g., SAP Concur); proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
