Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with ServiceNow expertise to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and translating them into ServiceNow solutions that improve efficiency and service delivery.


Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams for ServiceNow initiatives.

  • Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements.

  • Translate business needs into detailed ServiceNow user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.

  • Configure and support ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, Knowledge, and Service Catalog.

  • Facilitate workshops, requirement sessions, and stakeholder meetings.

  • Support ServiceNow implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.

  • Ensure alignment with ITIL best practices and organizational standards.

  • Assist with UAT planning, test case creation, defect tracking, and user acceptance sign-off.

  • Create and maintain process flows, SOPs, reports, and dashboards.

  • Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.


    Required Skills & Qualifications

    • 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or enterprise applications.

    • Strong hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.

    • In-depth understanding of ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request).

    • Experience with requirement gathering techniques (interviews, workshops, JAD sessions).

    • Ability to write clear BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

    • Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall methodologies.

    • Familiarity with ServiceNow reporting, dashboards, and workflows.

    • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
